Welsh Bike Show June 2005

Melissa gutted that Meg couldn't make it to this rally. First time at the Welsh Bike Show. Very similar to the Anglesey Bike Show but on a bigger area.

Col gave Melissa a kite which was used a lot over the weekend and was a 'friend attractor' making Melissa very popular!

The local fair was brilliant.

Phil (far right of left pic) splashed out on ice cream for Melissa. Melissa well pleased! Steve and Marie (left) told Melissa they were giving her some budgies at the end of the weekend. No wonder Melissa's smiling!

All those on the left pic (apart from Melissa) are official members of the M.W.M.B.C. (Motorbikers Without Motorbikes Bike Club). These kool guys ride into all the rallies without bikes shouting 'ying ying' like the crazy frog!

Nice ride out to the reservoirs. Great roads for bikes. Phil (at the back) discovers that the fence is electrified!

Phil (above) describes how he once nearly rode a bike. Later on he drove off in his car somewhere and fell asleep and everyone apart from Melissa and her dad had to walk back to the rally which was 20 miles away. Marie particularly enjoyed it and was very thankful to Phil for giving her the opportunity to appreciate the Welsh scenery on foot.

Red Kite Centre was brilliant with wild red kites feeding close up.

Chilling out on the last day. Melissa missed Meg a lot on this rally.

 Marie and Steve were true to their promise and gave Melissa two budgies named Bluey and Lilly. Ermm, Bluey is the one that isn't blue!!
